Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage greenfield projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Oversee project execution, including planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Project Execution & Operations, Project coordination, Project costing, Planning & tracking wrt schedule & budget, Delay Analysis & Mitigation,



Team building-development & management, Handling of multi-disciplinary team, Overseeing Quality & Safety Plans/Practices including SOP, Resources management, Vendor Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-24 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (greenfield projects).
- Robust understanding of techno-commercial aspects of construction projects.
- Excellent planning skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in liaising between various departments for effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
