Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children, promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a nurturing setting that fosters curiosity, creativity, and independence in young learners.
- Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education or related field (nursery/preschool).
- Strong knowledge of preprimary curriculum design and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
