Responsibilities:
- Well versed with account opening process.
- Able to supervise KYC process.
- Working knowledge of Trade settlement Process.
- Enhanced Supervision file Management
- SLB Segment Pay-in Management & Reconciliation
- QUSA Account Management
- Early Pay-in Management
- Demat Reconciliation Management
- Verify Obligation daily Comparison of Exchange trading file with Trading software file
- Cash Margin file Management
- Creation/modification of Pledge of securities
- Import of Transactions in the Back office and Posting
Requirements and skills
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- Working knowledge of Shilpi software will be an added advantage.
- Experience of Working at a Stock Broker's in Back office Operations
- Understanding of Exchange related software
- Working Knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Positive written communication skills
