Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant-level positions across assigned locations.
- Coordinate with Area Managers and Restaurant Managers to identify manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview scheduling, walk-in drives and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure timely onboarding of recent employees.

2. HR Operations & Onboarding

- Manage employee onboarding, joining documentation and verification processes.
- Ensure timely approval of joining forms and creation of employee profiles in the HRMS.
- Maintain accurate employee master data and ensure regular updates in HR systems.
- Generate and share appointment letters, transfer letters, warning letters and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee background verification (BGV) with external consultants.
- Assist employees with PF, ESIC and other statutory documentation.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

- Monitor employee attendance, biometric records and attendance regularization requests.
- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers and Area Managers for timely attendance approvals.




- Ensure accurate payroll inputs and support monthly payroll closure.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance, salary, deductions and full & final settlements.

4. Store Visits & Employee Engagement

- Conduct regular HR visits to stores across Pune, Nashik and Nagpur.
- Address employee grievances, workplace concerns and HR-related queries during store visits.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies, grooming standards and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with restaurant management to resolve employee issues and improve employee engagement.
- Support employee retention initiatives and maintain healthy employee relations.

5. HR Compliance & MIS Reporting

- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and statutory documentation across assigned stores.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for PF, ESIC and other HR compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment, attendance, manpower and employee-related MIS reports.
- Track manpower gaps, employee movements, attrition and other HR metrics.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
