Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with a good understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS compliance. The candidate should be proficient in Excel, have working knowledge of Tally and SAP, and possess valuable communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, vouchers, and ledgers.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries and reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist in GST and TDS calculations, returns, filings, and related documentation.
- Support vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Work on accounting transactions and reports using Tally and SAP.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and data handling.
- Working knowledge of Tally and SAP.
- Experience working with a CA firm will be preferred.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Decent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
- Candidates with prior exposure to accounting and taxation activities in a CA firm will have an added advantage.
