Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for credit card products and services.
- Analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet customer needs through requirement analysis.
- Create user stories, BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document) cards to document requirements.
- Ensure effective communication of requirements to development teams for successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of requirements, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Job Requirements :

- Strong understanding of credit card domain knowledge, including payment systems, fraud detection, and risk management.
- Proficiency in creating explicit and concise documents such as BRD/FRD cards from user stories.
- Experience with requirement analysis, gathering, and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
