Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries from international clients through inbound and outbound calls.

- Provide customer support through emails and chat whenever required.

- Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service-related issues professionally.

- Maintain valuable communication and build positive customer relationships.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.

- Follow company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Job Requirements:

- Good English communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Ability to handle international customers.





- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
