Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence qualified to lead structured, end-to-end improvement work that connects operational performance with technology and product outcomes. The role owns problem definition, measurable delivery, governance, and the translation of process insights into automation, digitization, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions, primarily across Finance and Operations.

- Convert process insights into technology and product opportunities (automation, workflow digitization, analytics, AI enablement) in close partnership with Product, Engineering,

- Connect process metrics to business outcomes such as cost-to-serve, SLAs, error rates, rework, throughput, and productivity.
