Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Coordinator who can effectively bridge clients, product teams, and engineering. This role requires mandatory fluency in Hindi (spoken, written, and reading) to coordinate with government, enterprise, and field stakeholders across North India. You will gather business requirements, prepare functional documentation, coordinate project execution, and ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent software and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and field visits while documenting BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications for software projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal product and engineering teams, communicating effectively in both Hindi and English to ensure transparent requirement translation and project alignment.
- Plan, monitor,



and coordinate multiple concurrent projects by tracking schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, UAT cycles, change requests, client feedback, and delivery sign-offs.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, RAID logs, delivery trackers, and project updates while ensuring governance and timely communication.
- Support proposal preparation, solution demonstrations, bid clarifications, client training sessions, and the creation of user manuals and training materials in both Hindi and English.
