Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations across IT infrastructure, software solutions, cloud services, and project-specific requirements. This role will establish scalable procurement processes focused on cost optimization, quality, compliance, and timely execution for enterprise and government projects.

Responsibilities

- Procurement Strategy & Execution: Own the complete procurement lifecycle including sourcing strategy, vendor identification, RFQ/RFP management, negotiations, purchase execution, and procurement process optimization.
- IT Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage procurement of IT hardware, servers, networking equipment, security systems, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and project materials while building and maintaining solid vendor relationships.
- Cost Optimization & Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, service-level agreements,



and AMC contracts to achieve cost efficiency and optimize total cost of ownership across procurement activities.
- Compliance & Project Procurement: Establish procurement policies, approval workflows, documentation standards, and audit-ready processes while managing critical purchases for enterprise deployments and government project requirements.
- Operations, Analytics & Team Leadership: Coordinate logistics, imports, GST documentation, inventory management, and procurement reporting while tracking KPIs such as cost savings, vendor performance, lead times, and budget adherence.
