Role Description:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive/Specialist to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales for our flagship product, Pheezee, by connecting with physiotherapists, orthopedic doctors, rehabilitation centers, and hospital administrators. You will manage the sales cyclefrom prospecting and virtual demonstration and follow up the leads for the sales closure.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and rehab centers) via cold calling, email, events or campaigns.

- Qualify inbound leads and manage a healthy sales pipeline using the companys CRM.

- Understand customer requirements and align solutions with business needs.

- Coordinate with Product Specialists for product demos and technical discussions.

- Handle objections, negotiate, and drive deals towards successful closure.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline status in CRM.





- Ensure timely conversion of leads into paying customers.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and clients.

- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA

• Min. 2 years of experience in lead conversion roles

• Experience in Medical device sales, product-based or tech companies

• Strong sales mindset with proven closing ability.

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers.
- High ownership and accountability for revenue targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good coordination skills with internal teams.

• Willing to do field work upon customer requirements.

- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Exposure to handling high-value or consultative sales.
