Job Overview:

SHILPA GOWDA SALON is looking for an experienced, well-organized and customer-oriented Female Beautician cum Salon Manager to manage daily salon operations, handle female clients professionally and perform various beauty and salon services.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in a ladies' salon, good communication skills and the ability to independently manage salon activities while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle walk-in female clients and manage customer enquiries professionally.
- Schedule and manage client appointments and bookings.
- Perform beauty and salon services as per clients' requirements.
- Manage daily salon operations and coordinate staff activities.
- Handle billing, payments and maintain daily sales records.
- Build robust client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and service-related concerns.
- Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness and service standards.
- Manage basic computer operations and billing software.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the ladies' salon.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Female candidates only.
- Prior experience in the salon and beauty industry, preferably in a ladies' salon.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and customer management skills.
- Practical knowledge of beauty and salon services.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing experience.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle salon responsibilities independently.
- Well-groomed, presentable and professional appearance with a pleasant personality.
