Role & responsibilities

Pipe Manufacturing Division is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the manufacturing division. The candidate should have strong experience in financial management, costing, budgeting, compliance, taxation, and financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage overall accounting and finance operations of the manufacturing division.
2. Handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
3. Monitor product costing, manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost control.
4. Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
5. Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
6. Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and financial performance.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
8. Ensure proper financial controls, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
9. Support management in financial decision-making and business planning.

Preferred candidate profile

- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in product costing, inventory management, and plant finance.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, taxation, statutory audits, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
