Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will combine empathetic copywriting, basic graphic design capabilities, and strong short-form video editing (Reels/Shorts) to communicate brand values effectively to a mature audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Design & Visual Assets

Create brand-aligned static posts, carousel slides, and story graphics using Canva or graphic design tools.

Ensure visual formatting remains clean, aesthetic, and aligned with a premium, mature audience persona.

2. Reel & Video Production

Plan, edit, and assemble short-form video content (Instagram Reels / Shorts).

Use mobile or desktop editors (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, InShot) to layer audio, transitions, kinetic typography/captions, and branding.

3. Copywriting & Platform Strategy

Write transparent, engaging, and thoughtful captions tailored to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.





Tailor tone appropriately across platformsmaintaining professionalism on LinkedIn while driving relatability on Instagram and Facebook.

Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent monthly content calendar.

4. Account Management

Publish posts across social media channels and monitor performance metrics.

Maintain regular account activity and engage politely with community comments and messages.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 13 years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

Editing Skills: Hands-on experience creating and editing short videos/Reels.

Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva (familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus).

Communication: Excellent written English skills with an ability to write structured, warm, and thoughtful content.

Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with formatting best practices across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Timing :10:00AM to 6:30PM

Location : Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad.
