To provide qualified, compassionate, and patient-centred nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, recovery, and overall well-being in accordance with healthcare standards and local regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes based on individual care plans.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments as per doctors' instructions.
- Provide nursing care to elderly patients, children, and patients requiring long-term care.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, feeding, mobility,



and other bedside assistance.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care where required.
- Support patients undergoing rehabilitation and recovery following illness, surgery, or injury.
- Care for patients with orthopaedic, neurological, respiratory, and mental health conditions within the nurse's scope of practice.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes or emergencies to the concerned medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing reports, medication charts, and care documentation.
