1. Job Overview :

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Field Marketing Executives to promote the company's electrical products in the building and construction segment. The candidate will visit newly constructed buildings, residential apartments, commercial buildings, and ongoing construction sites to distribute company brochures, create product awareness, and generate potential business leads. This role is suitable for fresh graduates interested in field marketing, brand promotion, and customer interaction.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Visit residential buildings, apartments, commercial complexes, and construction sites in the assigned territory.

Distribute company brochures, product catalogues, and promotional materials to builders, contractors, electricians, and other relevant stakeholders.

Promote the company's electrical products and create awareness among builders, construction professionals, and potential customers.

Identify new construction projects and upcoming building developments in the assigned area.

Interact with builders, site engineers, contractors, electricians, and project supervisors to introduce company products.

Generate potential business leads and share them with the sales team for further follow-up.





Maintain daily field visit reports, lead details, and activity updates.

Coordinate with the sales team to support promotional activities and business development initiatives.

Ensure brand visibility and product awareness within the assigned territory.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Interest in field marketing, brand promotion, and sales activities.

Basic understanding of customer interaction and relationship building.

Ability to approach new people and confidently explain product information.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp for reporting purposes.

4. Educational Qualification

Any Bachelor's Degree (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. or equivalent).

Freshers are welcome.

Candidates with experience in field sales, marketing, or promotional activities will have an added advantage.

5. Preferred Candidate Profile

Male candidates preferred.

Fresh graduates with an interest in field marketing.

Candidates comfortable with daily field visits.

Candidates residing in or familiar with Bangalore East, Bangalore South, or Tumkur.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of buildings and construction sites visited daily.

Number of brochures and catalogues distributed.

Number of builders, contractors, and electricians contacted.

Number of qualified leads generated.

Daily field visit reporting and territory coverage.

Improvement in product awareness and brand visibility.
