Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's degree in Computer Science
- Experience: Typically 4+ years of hands-on Appian low-code development experience.
- Platform Expertise: Valuable understanding of Appian architecture, synced records, process modeling, custom data types (CDTs), and smart services.
- Troubleshoot applications using a variety of sources (i.e., logs, performance dashboards, Admin Console)
- Prepare for complex deployments by performing technical review, unit testing, and performance testing
- Certifications: Preferred Appian Certified Senior Developer
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
- Claude Code Certification (plus)
- Experience integrating Appian with GenAI platforms (Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock)Role & responsibilities
