Role & responsibilities

1. Training & Teaching Responsibilities

- Conduct SAP training sessions for students and working professionals.
- Explain SAP concepts, functionalities, and business processes.
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on assigned SAP modules.
- Provide real-time project scenarios and industry-based examples.
- Conduct live demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
- Ensure students understand each topic before moving to the next module.

2. Course Planning & Curriculum

- Prepare training schedules and lesson plans.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and practical assignments.
- Follow the institute's prescribed syllabus and training standards.
- Update course content based on the latest SAP developments.
- Complete the syllabus within the planned duration.

3. Student Assessment & Performance

- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and mock tests.
- Evaluate students' practical knowledge and technical skills.
- Track student attendance, participation, and performance.
- Identify students who need additional support.
- Provide individual feedback and improvement suggestions.





4. Placement & Career Support

- Prepare students for SAP-related job opportunities.
- Conduct mock interviews and technical interview preparation.
- Help students understand SAP job roles and industry expectations.
- Coordinate with the placement team regarding student readiness.
- Support students with resume preparation and technical interview questions.

5. Student Engagement & Support

- Clarify students' doubts during and after training sessions.
- Maintain a qualified and supportive learning environment.
- Motivate students to complete assignments and practical exercises.
- Provide guidance on SAP certification and career development.

6. Reporting & Coordination

- Submit daily training updates to management.
- Maintain attendance and student progress reports.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams.
- Report student concerns and training-related issues.
- Participate in faculty meetings and performance reviews.
