Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.

Responsibilities:

1. Administration- Day to day administration of the center
2. Achieve targeted Patient Satisfaction at the centre.
3. Ensure achievement of Revenue targets
4. Build, engage, and manage team
5. Keep check on Credits and outstanding (TPA, CGHS, ECHS & Corporate etc)
6. Maintenance & upkeep
7. Budgeting & cost control
8. Inventory management
9. Accounting & cash management
10. Reporting & MIS
