Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy in line with the companys vision and objectives.
- Own revenue, profitability, growth, and business performance targets.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Lead sales and business development initiatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing revenue and business P&L.;
- Robust understanding of sales, business development, and market expansion.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
