We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-oriented Luxury Retail Sales Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have experience handling premium clientele, including NRI and high-net-worth individual (HNI) customers, while delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to walk-in customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Handle premium clientele, including NRI and HNI customers, with professionalism.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain premium store presentation, product displays,



and visual merchandising standards.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, purchases, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- 25 years of experience in luxury retail, premium showroom sales, or high-end customer service.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills; confidence in interacting with NRI clients is essential.
- Experience handling HNI, NRI, and premium clientele will be preferred.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to work from the Greater Kailash, Delhi location.

Preferred Industry: Luxury Retail, Premium Lifestyle, Luxury Furniture, Interior & Home Dcor, Jewellery, Fashion, or High-End Showrooms.
