Salary Details

For Graduate Freshers:

- 28,000 In-Hand per month

For Experienced Candidates:

- 33,000 - 43,000 In-Hand per month
- Salary will NOT be automatically 43,000 for every experienced candidate.
- Experienced candidates will receive a 25%30% hike on their last drawn In-Hand salary, depending on their previous salary, relevant experience, communication skills and eligibility.
- The final salary will be decided based on the candidate's last drawn In-Hand salary.

Maximum salary offered: Up to 43,000 In-Hand, subject to eligibility and the applicable hike on the last drawn salary.





Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory
- Graduate freshers can apply
- Experienced candidates with relevant International Voice / Customer Service experience are preferred
- Excellent English Communication Skills are mandatory
- Candidates should be comfortable handling US customers over the phone
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a customer-facing international voice process
