Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage statutory audits, external audits, and internal audits for clients across various industries.
- Lead a team of auditors to ensure timely completion of assignments and delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and implement effective auditing strategies to identify areas of improvement in client's operations.
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, risk management, and business process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 4.5-9 years of experience in assurance services with expertise in statutory audit, external audit, or internal audit.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (AS) and company secretarial practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work products under tight deadlines.
