Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for multiple Customer Support and Customer Service roles across reputed BPO/KPO companies in Delhi NCR.

Candidates should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Both local candidates and candidates willing to relocate to Delhi NCR are welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels, as per role requirements.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints patiently and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and service quality.




- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi, depending on the role.
- Customer-focused attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with system navigation.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the specific opening.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
- Comfortable working from the office in Delhi NCR.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Delhi NCR are also welcome.

Work Schedule and Benefits

- Working Days: 5 days a week, as per the assigned role.
- Weekly Offs: 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts.
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility, subject to company and role eligibility.
- Salary Package: 2.5 LPA to 6 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and role.
