Job Description:

We are hiring experienced sales professionals for multiple positions in the Solar, Inverter, and E-Rickshaw Battery industries.

Candidates must have mandatory Channel Sales and Solar Sales experience, with a strong understanding of distributor and dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage channel sales, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Expand market presence and develop current business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage regional or Pan-India sales operations.
- Lead sales teams and strengthen channel partner relationships.
- Develop market strategies and monitor competitor activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:





- Channel Sales experience is mandatory.
- Solar Sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Solar, Inverter, Battery, or E-Rickshaw Battery.
- Experience handling North India or Pan-India markets.
- Strong dealer and distributor management skills.
- Excellent business development and team management capabilities.
