We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Placement specialist/Manager to manage student placements, internal recruitment, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Placement & Corporate Relations
* Build relationships with IT companies, recruiters, HR teams, and hiring partners.
* Identify relevant job opportunities for students in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and DevOps.
* Share suitable candidate profiles and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, selections, and joining.
* Maintain student placement records and generate placement reports.
* Develop long-term corporate partnerships to expand employment opportunities for students.

1. Internal Recruitment & Hiring
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions, including:
* Admission Counselors
* Technical Trainers
* Digital Marketing Executives and Specialists
* Other operational and business support roles
* Understand hiring requirements and prepare or coordinate job descriptions.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews with management.
* Follow up with selected candidates until they join.

HR Operations & Employee Coordination
* Maintain employee records, attendance, and recruitment trackers.
* Coordinate interview schedules, onboarding, and joining formalities.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
* Support day-to-day HR coordination and employee documentation.

1. Reporting & Performance Tracking
* Track student placements, corporate hiring partnerships, and recruitment progress.
* Prepare regular reports on open positions, interviews, offers, joining status, and placements.
* Coordinate with management to prioritize hiring and placement requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, placement, or talent acquisition.
* Experience in the IT training, EdTech, or education industry is preferred.
* Robust communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and placement activities.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment, job portals, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
* A proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
