Role & responsibilities

- Portal Monitoring & Tracking: Regularly track and identify relevant Government, Semi-Government, and Public Sector Unit (PSU) tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, and various State/Central E-Procurement portals.
- Tender Analysis & BOQ Evaluation: Study tender documents, RFPs, scope of work, technical specifications, and Terms & Conditions related to Security Services, Manpower Supply, and Facility Management services.
- Document Preparation: Prepare complete technical and financial bidding documentation, including company credentials, eligibility certificates, compliance documents, and past work experience proofs.
- Online Bidding & Submission: Execute accurate online bid submissions on GeM and E-Procurement portals using Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) well before deadlines.
- EMD & Financial Processing: Coordinate internally for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Tender Fee processing.
- Post-Bid Support: Follow up on technical evaluation status,



participate in reverse auctions/L1 evaluations, attend pre-bid meetings, and handle post-bidding queries from tendering authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in handling Government Tenders and E-procurement processes (Experience in Security/Manpower/Facility Management tenders is an added advantage).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in working with the GeM Portal, Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), state portals, and managing Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
- Key Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF compilation, document formatting, and time management.
- Location & Mobility: Candidate should be comfortable working from our Corporate Office located at Naraina Vihar, Recent Delhi.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.A. or equivalent).
