Job Description (paste in description box):
Sunbeam Industrial Products Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Purchase Executive for our Peeragarhi, Delhi office.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end domestic and import purchase, from enquiry and quotation to PO and delivery.
- Manage import documentation: PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, Bill of Entry.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for shipment booking, freight rates, tracking and customs clearance.
- Negotiate price, payment terms and delivery schedules with domestic and overseas vendors.
- Robust follow-up with suppliers for pending orders, dispatches and documents.
- Prepare purchase orders, GRN entries and vendor records in Tally (mandatory).




- Prepare quotation comparison sheets and purchase MIS reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts and production teams for material planning.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 45 years of experience in purchase / procurement.
- Tally knowledge is a must (purchase entries, PO, GRN, stock reports).
- Good knowledge of import procedures, Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW), HS codes and customs duty.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and CHA.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good communication in English and Hindi.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and email.

Preferred:

- Experience in an industrial products / manufacturing company.
- Candidates residing near Peeragarhi, Paschim Vihar, Meera Bagh, Udyog Nagar, Nangloi, Mangolpuri, Sunder Vihar, Punjabi Bagh, Rohini or Mundka and in Delhi.
