Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Execution to lead interior project execution from site implementation to final handover, ensuring quality, adherence to approved drawings, effective team management, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead interior execution across civil, flooring, stonework, waterproofing, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC coordination, joinery, furniture, and finishing works.
- Interpret architectural and interior drawings, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with the design team for timely resolution.
- Plan project schedules, work sequences, manpower deployment, and execution targets.
- Manage site supervisors, contractors, labour teams, and external agencies.
- Coordinate with procurement for material planning, approvals, and timely site availability.
- Monitor workmanship, quality standards, site progress, and material usage while minimising rework and cost overruns.
- Identify execution challenges and delays, implement corrective measures,



and maintain regular progress reports.
- Coordinate interior works with architectural and structural activities.
- Oversee snag rectification, finishing quality, and final project handover.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in interior execution, preferably in residential projects and premium interior fit-outs.
- Graduate degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings, construction methods, site sequencing, materials, and MEP coordination.
- Proven ability to manage site teams, contractors, project schedules, procurement coordination, and quality control.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to resolve site-level challenges.
- Experience in architectural and structural execution, preferably with a design-and-build firm, will be an advantage.

Team Management: The candidate will lead site supervisors and coordinate with procurement and design teams to ensure effective execution and timely handover.
