1. Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer-related work, data entry, record maintenance, Excel reports and office documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily data entry and updating company records.

1. Maintain Excel sheets and prepare daily reports.
2. Enter and update sales, purchase and stock-related data.
3. Prepare invoices, challans and other documents.
4. Maintain digital and physical records.
5. Handle email communication and document printing/scanning.
6. Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales and Operations departments.
7. Check data accuracy and avoid duplicate or incorrect entries.
8. Maintain daily reports and submit them to the concerned department.
9. Perform other computer-related tasks assigned by management.

- 3. Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.




- Basic knowledge of formulas like SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF and VLOOKUP.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of email and internet operations.
- Data entry and record management skills.
- Basic knowledge of PDF, printing and scanning.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- 4. Educational QualificationMinimum 12th Pass.
- Graduate preferred.
- Computer knowledge or relevant computer course preferred.
- 5. ExperienceFresher or 1–2 years of experience.
- Experience in data entry or office administration will be preferred.
- 6. Personal RequirementsHonest and responsible.
- Positive communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes.
