We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, manage workers, monitor project progress, and ensure that all work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. It should be mandatory for the site supervisor to have their own two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
2. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
3. Monitor daily progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
4. Manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors at the site.
5. Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
6. Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
7. Implement and monitor site safety rules and regulations.
8. Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and other departments.
9. Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and material records.
10. Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
