Job OverviewWe are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for Domestic Voice Process – Sales & Customer Service roles.
Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in customer interaction are encouraged to apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with product and service-related queries.
- Explain products, services, offers and schemes to customers.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain skilled communication and customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.

- Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass or Graduates.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic English and Hindi / regional language proficiency as per process requirements.
