Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customers, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle showroom walk-ins and customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Generate leads through referrals, tele-calling, digital enquiries, and local market activities.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.




- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, registration, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales in CRM/DMS.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Stay updated on new models, product features, offers, and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in automobile, retail, FMCG, telecom, banking, or other sales industries.
- Automobile dealership sales experience will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM/DMS, and basic digital tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
