Job Description: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Diamond Harbour, South 24 parganas, Westbengal .

Role Overview:

As a Retail Sales Executive at Admyx Construction Chemicals, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our construction chemicals to retail customers/ Hardware Shops. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful marketing of our products within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify potential retail customers (hardware stores, construction material suppliers, etc.) within the Guwahati region.
- Actively promote Admyx construction chemicals, including waterproofing solutions, adhesives, sealants, and coatings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to retail partners.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and discounts to secure sales.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies effectively.

Relationship Building:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing retail partners and explore opportunities for upselling.
- Prospect and onboard new retail outlets to expand the company’s reach.

Sales Targets and Reporting:





- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop a deep understanding of construction chemicals and their applications.
- Educate retail partners on product features, advantages, and usage guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

- Graduate ( Any Stream) /Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in local languages (Assamese and Hindi) is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
