Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Commis 2 / Commis 3 candidates specializing in Continental cuisine to join our kitchen team in Gurgaon.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and cooking Continental dishes.
- Perform mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Support senior chefs during food preparation and service.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation of ingredients.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in a skilled kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with pasta, sauces, salads, soups, and basic Continental preparations.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
