Job SummaryWe are looking for motivated and confident Telecallers / Telesales Executives with at least 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain products or services and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.




- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Telesales.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
- Ability to handle customers confidently over the phone.
- Target-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
