1. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate business through open-market sourcing and direct customer acquisition.
2. Identify potential customers for Home Loans, LAP and MSME LAP.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with DSA, connectors, builders and channel partners.
4. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
5. Manage the complete loan process, from lead generation to login and disbursement.
6. Collect customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
7. Ensure quality sourcing and maintain solid customer relationships.

- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
- Experience in open-market sales and customer acquisition.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
