Position: Import Operations and Customer Service Executive/Asst Manager

Experience: 3 yrs Experience

Location: Chennai

Employment: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate and handle Import Customs Clearance activities
- Prepare and verify import documentation
- Coordinate with Customs, CHA, Shipping Lines, CFS & Transporters
- Track Bill of Entry, assessment, examination and clearance status
- Coordinate for Duty Payment, Out-of-Charge (OOC) & Delivery
- Follow up for DO, container movement and cargo delivery
- Ensure timely clearance and proper documentation
- Handle customer communication and provide shipment updates

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of Import Customs Clearance procedures

Good understanding of import documentation





Hindi communication is mandatory / preferred

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel

Problem solving skills, Good E-mail correspondence and Co-ordination skills mandatory.
