Job Description – Field Executive
Company: Antique Designs
Position: Field Executive
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel for field visits.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Handle field-related activities and daily reporting.
- Collect and share required information from field visits.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain skilled relationships and good coordination.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000.
- Additional incentive: Up to ₹5,000 based on performance.
- Incentives are linked to work performance and task completion.
- No sales targets. No sales responsibilities.
