Hiring CRM Executive
Location :Malad West, Mumbai
Experience: (1–2 Years)
Gender: Female
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Manage customer queries and maintain relationships.
- Update customer details, leads and interactions in the CRM.
- Generate repeat business through customer follow-ups.
- Maintain daily calling records and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling or CRM.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Jewellery, fashion, retail or D2C experience preferred.
