Role

You will run daily operations and build our presence on Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces, and Build our D2C funnel (Meta ads, landing pages and Shopify), working under our E-commerce Lead.

Responsibilities

Marketplace operations

- Process orders daily across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, other marketplaces and Shopify: invoicing, packing coordination, dispatch and tracking.
- Keep inventory accurate across Flipkart, Meesho, other marketplaces and our own website, and flag low stock early.
- Create and update product listings on Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces (titles, images, bullet points, pricing, attributes).
- Manage seller accounts on Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces: returns, RTO, ratings, settlements and account health.
- Handle marketplace support cases and escalations.
- Run ads on Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces, and participate in their sale events.
- Onboard our brands on new marketplaces as we expand (for example Nykaa and JioMart).

Growth and funnel

- Run and monitor Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns: set up campaigns, test creatives and audiences,



and track CPC, CTR, ROAS and cost per purchase.
- Build and update Shopify landing pages for product launches and offers (layout, copy, offer blocks and CTAs), and optimize them for conversion.
- Prepare listing images, banners and ad creatives in Canva.

Research

- Research competitor listings, pricing, ads and best sellers on Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
- Find winning products within the haircare category and present them to the E-commerce Lead.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel and/or other marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa, JioMart, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup and reading reports).
- Experience with Shopify (editing pages and sections) or any landing page builder.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Valuable Canva skills.
- Detail-oriented, quick to learn and comfortable with daily repetitive tasks.
