? Location: Manyata Tech Park, Nagavara, Bengaluru

? SALARY & ADVANTAGES?️ International Voice Process

- CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month
- Take-Home: Up to ₹28,000 per month
- Excellent English communication skills required
- ? ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Qualification: 12th
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills
- Robust process orientation with high energy, integrity, and work ethics
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts
- Open to working in a blended environment
- ? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES




- Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Interact with customers, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Understand and effectively use various computer applications and systems.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate supervisory team.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
- Attend training sessions to improve process knowledge and performance.
- Complete assigned tasks as per management requirements.
