Job Description – Technical Support Engineer (Intern)

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Position: Technical Support Engineer – Intern

Stipend: ₹8,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with basic technical queries and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve software and system-related issues.
- Provide technical assistance through calls, emails, and chats.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain records of customer issues and resolutions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of computers, software, and networking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies.
- Basic troubleshooting abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
