- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue recent business leads and opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Internal & Brand Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external brand partners to ensure smooth communication and execution of marketing activities.
- Customer Support: Communicate with website customers to address product queries, order-related questions, and other customer concerns.




- B2B Sales & Lead Generation: Handle B2B sales enquiries and follow-ups through phone calls, build business relationships, and support the development of new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Good spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with customer and client calls.
