Job Overview

FourFold RecoverX is looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Relationship Manager to manage post-sales services and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers after the sale, resolving their queries, providing regular updates, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide post-sales services and support to existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates, pending payments, documentation, and other requirements.
- Explain processes, procedures, and service-related information to customers clearly.
- Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM.




- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Achieve assigned customer service, retention, and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 months of experience in relationship management, customer service, post-sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred.
