Job Description: Waterwise Systems is seeking a highly experienced and agile Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations at our Mumbai office.





- Key Responsibilities:Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Advise management on organizational change, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Candidate Requirements:Education: Graduate with MBA in HR (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in human resource management.
- Age: Between 24 – 50 years.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
