Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Engagement: Greet customers upon arrival, offer assistance, and provide information on products and services regarding complete lighting solutions.
· Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features, advantages, and usage.
· Sales Process: Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, follow up, negotiate prices, and close sales.
· Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, site visit. Mock ups and sampling and resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions and collection of customer details, and prepare sales reports.
· After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
