We're Hiring: Petrol Pump Manager

Location: Dharwad

We are looking for a responsible, honest, and experienced Petrol Pump Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fuel station.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily fuel station operations efficiently.

- Supervise and motivate pump attendants and other staff.

- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.

- Monitor fuel inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.

- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and statutory regulations.

- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain records.

- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and company officials.

Requirements:

- Graduate (preferred).





- 2–5 years of experience in retail, fuel stations, or operations management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing/POS systems).

- Honest, disciplined, and willing to work flexible hours.
