Health Insurance Sales ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are looking for a driven, customer-focused sales qualified with at least 6 months of experience to join our team specializing in the Health Insurance domain. In this role, you will leverage your communication skills in English and Hindi to connect with prospective clients, pitch health insurance policies, and drive sales conversions.

- Compensation & EarningsCTC: ₹25,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: ₹21,000 per month

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion: Handle inbound/outbound leads, connect with prospective customers,



and pitch appropriate health insurance products.
- Bilingual Communication: Conduct smooth and persuasive customer consultations in both English and Hindi to build rapport.
- Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed individual monthly sales targets to maximize your incentives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the system.
- Customer Consultation: Understand the needs of clients to recommend the best-suited health insurance policies.
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience (Health Insurance or financial sales preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi; comfortable in a 6-day work environment.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
