Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.

This role requires excellent technical skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Key Responsibilities:Installation and Setup:Install, configure, and test equipment, hardware, or systems at customer sites to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintenance and Repairs:Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Customer Support:Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving technical problems efficiently.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment logs, and parts usage.
- Training:Train customers or end-users on proper equipment usage and best practices.
- Compliance:Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Travel:Travel to customer sites as required,



sometimes at short notice, to perform on-site service and support.
- Continuous Learning:Stay updated on new technologies, equipment, and industry best practices to improve technical expertise.
- Qualifications:Education:Diploma or ITI or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, M or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum 1 years of experience in field service or a related role (freshers can also apply, depending on the company’s needs).
- Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of [specific equipment/systems if applicable].
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment as required.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including weekends if needed.
